Help support AFTD’s mission, get in 18-holes of golf on a private course, and spread FTD awareness by joining AFTD’s 2021 Driving Hope Golf Tournament taking place August 15th at Colorado National Golf Club in Erie, CO!

Tickets are available for single golfers, foursomes and dinner/drinks only guests. There’s also multiple sponsorship opportunities to support AFTD’s mission and promote your own business or honor/remember a loved one. There will be a $10,000 hole-in-one contest and a $5,000 putting contest. The day also includes lunch, hospitality stations and dinner/drinks on the patio with tournament awards.
